Retail sales can be exchanged. All Wholesale sales are final.
All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. While we carefully protect and package our products, should damage occur, please email us email@example.com image of the damage product and we will send you our CLAIM FORM. Upon approval we will send you a replacement and shipping paperwork to return the damaged product in our replacement container.
Please keep in mind that most of the items are handcrafted and handprinted. Variations & slight imperfections are to be expected and we believe this to be part of the charm & uniqueness of the handcrafted piece.
All shipping charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.
